Dungeon Food Carts
Among the more polite cavern creeps and dungeon denizens one can occasionally find a rare and precious vendor of vittles. These unlicensed saviors of salivating fools differ muchly and biggly from their overground coworkers.
For the first, their austere conditions breed certain ingenuity when it comes to sourcing ingredients. Where a person of lower cunning sees a murky pool, a chthonic vendor sees a broth begging for reduction, teeming waters for fishing, and flavorful molds for skimming.
For much the same reason, these vendors are seldom human people! More than likely they are goblins, giant bugs, frogmen, gnomes, ghosts, or some other creature who can make do in the dungeon.
Finally, their prices are highly inflated, bordering on inane and frequently venturing beyond the monetary.
